Event Medical Services is at the forefront of event safety while dealing with the Covid-19 pandemic that has hindered the event industry recovery.

Since the recovery started around mid-2020; Event Medical Services has been offering a range of services to assist the event industry continue to plan and safely operate their

conferences, conventions, and trade shows.

We provide the following services:

Teams that can travel specifically for your event needs.

For shows that are vaccine mandatory, we are able to provide our teams to help with onsite vaccine verification;

Rapid Antigen testing. These tests are ideal for events with domestic attendees. The test has a result in around 15 minutes. The attendee does not have to leave the facility

to find a test location;

PCR Molecular testing for those shows that require a PCR test within 72 hours prior to the arrival at an event and testing prior to departure especially for those attendees that

need to travel internationally. The PCR test can be carried out at the event and a result is known in 20-30 minutes and sent to the recipients email. Our test is accepted by most

airlines and countries of entry;
